Socks for Seniors
We collected over 150 pairs of socks from the great folks of Navasota Texas!! One picture shows Dorcas Banks with me at our office—she is a member of the Grimes County 4H charm & sewing club and collected herself. We also had a group of ladies from the First United Methodist Church that brought in over 70 pairs! We collected at the Miller Insurance Agency office for about three weeks and will deliver to nursing homes and senior housing developments with residents in need to help keep them warm this winter.
